Pre-purchase Plumbing Inspection.
We inspect what's accessible — hot water unit (age, condition, anode, TPR), visible drainage (under-floor and around the slab), tapware (cartridge type, drip rate), gas line condition, water meter, and we look for any obvious red flags (rising damp, slow drains, cracked terracotta near the slab). Written report with photos and a prioritised action list. This isn't a replacement for a building inspection — it's the plumbing-specific deep dive.
