Kitchen / Bathroom Rough-in.
Rough-in for a single kitchen or bathroom — supply, waste, and vent set out per the architectural drawings. We coordinate set-out with the builder before plumbing fix and again before tiler arrives. Pre-bury photographs and certification provided on completion. Most jobs are 2–4 days on site depending on access and complexity.

Quoted on inspection. Standard bathroom rough-in typically $3,500 — $6,500; kitchen $2,500 — $4,500. Cost varies with relocating fixtures, slab penetration, and second-storey access.
