This upcoming project is located on a steep coastal site with dramatic elevation and uninterrupted ocean views. The engineering is as ambitious as the design — integrating structure, landscape, and luxury seamlessly into the cliffside.
what we did
We’ll install a network of off-form concrete piers into a steep beachside slope to support a suspended concrete slab that houses a custom figure-8 pool recessed into the floor. The lower level will be fully tanked and waterproofed to manage hydrostatic pressure from uphill neighbours and street runoff. The build will transform an existing 2-bed, 1-bath home into a 3-bedroom, 2-bath sanctuary with a private study, sauna, carved-out landscaping, and a top-floor master retreat with wide ocean views.
