An annual service catches the failure modes that kill a unit ten years before its time — anode depletion, TPR valve seizure, sediment accumulation, thermostat drift. The service is the cheapest insurance on the most expensive single fixture in your plumbing system.

Per unit, standard ground-level access. Heat pump and solar systems +$80. Roof-mounted solar adds working-at-heights surcharge.
