Hot Water — No Hot Water Service Call.
Most no-hot-water calls are one of four things: pilot out (gas), tripped breaker (electric), failed element/thermostat, or failed unit. We carry the common parts for thermostats and elements; bigger failures (heat exchanger, anode, full unit) are quoted on inspection. We won't replace a unit prematurely — we'd rather diagnose first and tell you what the realistic remaining life is.

Same-day drain clearing — mechanical eel or hydro-jet. CCTV diagnosis included for recurring blockages so you know what's actually causing it.
