What this is — and what it isn't.

Varloch Carpentry is in development. The service will cover structural framing, finish carpentry, custom joinery and timber-element specialties — staircases, claddings, exposed structural timber, bespoke cabinetry — handled by people who work to architectural drawings every day.

Carpentry is the connective tissue of a residential build. Bringing it in-house lets us hold tighter tolerances on framing, sequence joinery against the rest of the program, and protect the architect's intent through finish — instead of defending it across three different sub-contracts.

We won't advertise a service we can't currently deliver. This page exists so you know what's coming, and so we can talk to the people who want it before it goes live.
